Porque El Amor Manda will be one of the first to premiere on La Siete
Televisa signed with Mediaset España a three-year deal to provide content to La Siete, which will undergo an image change and become a telenovela channel on February 14th.The network will premiere productions never before seen in Spain, such as Porque El Amor Manda, La Tempestad and Mentir Para Vivir. Later in the year it will feature La Mujer Del Vendaval, Por Siempre Mi Amor, Quiero Amarte and De Que Te Quiero, Te Quiero, among others, as well as popular titles and remakes of classics such as La Madrastra, Destilando Amor, Teresa, Mi Pecado and El Triunfo Del Amor.La Siete will explore all the options of todays novelas, offering new genres such as suspense and intrigue, action-adventure, as well telenovelas based on true stories, all mixed with a healthy dose of traditional plots.The programming aims to satisfy three females target groups identified by Mediaset España for La Siete: Women 18-35, with contemporary and edgy telenovelas; Women 25-45, with thrillers, romance, and action telenovelas; and Women 45+, with classic titles, dramas and period and historical stories.Additionally, Mediaset announced that Nueve, channel launched in January of 2013, will now include in its programming the most popular shows from the groups main channels, Telecinco and Cuatro.
