New Televen co-production with Cadenatres and Telemundo announces its team
After the success of Dulce Amargo, Venezuela´s Televen is now in pre-production of a new telenovela, also co-produced with Telemundo and Mexicos Cadenatres.The new story, with screenplay by Venezuelan writer Ibsen Martínez, will feature a cast of international and national stars and will be shot entirely in HD.Product of the joint venture between the three companies, the new telenovela will star renowned Venezuelan personalities such as Carlos Cruz, Fedra López, Flor Núñez, Kiara, Iván Tamayo, César Román, Sabrina Seara, Samantha Dagnino, Alexander Leterni, Dayra Lambis, Claudia La Gata, Georgina Palacios, Oriana Colmenares, and Sonia Villamizar, among others. The international cast includes Andrés Zuñiga, Carla Giraldo, Daniel Lugo, Luciana Silveyra, Georgina Vargas, Alberto Zeni, and Eduardo Victoria.Tony Rodríguez, VP of Dramas, and María Eugenia Marrero, production manager, will be in charge of production. Igor Manrique is the executive producer and Marco Godoy and Hernando Farías are the general producers.Bringing the story to life are Jorge Ríos and Roberto Flores, both from Mexico; and from Venezuela, Henry Colmenares and Marcos Canelón, well known for productions such as Lo que Callamos las Mujeres, Las Bandidas, and Mujer con Pantalones, among others.
