MTV Networks and NY Times Voces Latino screen documentary 9500 Liberty

MTV Networks and NY Times Voces Latino Network are inviting to the private screening and a panel discussion of the documentary 9500 Liberty on Tuesday, September 7th at 5:30pm at the NY Times building in Time Square.9500 Liberty is a documentary acquired by Tr3s: MTV, Música y Más which chronicles the social and economic impact that a contentious immigration law – closely resembling Arizona’s SB 1070 bill – had on a county near Washington D.C. just two years ago.Tr3s: MTV, Música y Más, MTV2 and mtvU, in partnership with the NY Times Voces Latino Network, announced confirmed panelists for the network’s thought-provoking discussion around immigration reform and human rights: 9500 Liberty filmmaker Annabel Park, ABC Primetime Anchor John Quiñones, PERF Executive Chuck Wexler, and Voto Latino Co-founder María Theresa Kumar; it will be moderated by NY Times reporter Fernanda Santos.
