Carmen DiRienzo resigns as Vme’s president & CEO and Álvaro Garnica hired as GM

DiRienzo will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for Vme Media as an independent director

Vme announced today that Carmen DiRienzo, president and CEO, has stepped down from her position effective at the end of this year. She will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for Vme Media, Inc. as an independent director. The company also announced the appointment of Álvaro Garnica as general manager.Garnica, who is currently general manager of Plural Entertainment, Vme’s sister company and primary production partner, will assume the new position of general manager, with overall day-to-day responsibility for the operations of the company.
