242 Rocks Media is the emerging Colombian production company, led by Federico Barragán and Diego Santos, designed and created to participate and play a major role in the industry´s current changes in the fiction and non-fiction areas.

One of their first clients was the foundation Semana and then they took the big leap to work with the publishing house El Tiempo, developing their digital strategy in the video with www.eltiempo.com and all its social networks. “The contents have been so effective that the channels CityTV and El Tiempo Televisión have welcomed the TV contents” comments Diego Santos, director of Non-Fiction at 242 Rocks Media.

“We have a working system that allows us to be efficient when making videos. We leverage on technology and our experience to become a very beneficial partner for the companies we work with” he comments.

For his part, Federico Barragán, director of Fiction at 242 Rocks Media, explains there are a lot of stories to be told, but the way you tell them is the secret to how the audience recognizes a job well done. “Our method is to understand the audience, divide it and know what moves them, to create alone or with the company”.

242 Rocks Media starts operations in the US, Mexico, and Colombia, betting to reach Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Chile and Argentina.
