Toyota and Conill Celebrate Latino American Culture in WE

Conill came up with a launch campaign for the new Toyota Corolla Sedan 2020 that speaks to a new generation of drivers who do things their own way and avoid leading traditional lives. Working with graphic designer Ricardo Gonzalez, the agency created the commercial entitled WE, which features a mural that reads Más Loud. “One of the things that inspire me the most when I work is the duality of words. My art is positive and ambiguous,” the artist said. The campaign embraces Latino culture and the free spirit of this new generation in the U.S., which is remarkably expressive, direct and determined, like the spirit of the new Corolla Sedan. The spot WE, directed by David Verges, shows how this empowered generation is making its mark on American society. Mexican actor and producer Diego Luna is the voice of the campaign.
