Samsung adds 2 new CEOs to management team

The new Samsung smartphone has been officially launched in New York. During the presentation event, the company announced the appointment of two new chief executive officers.Yoon Boo-keun and J.K. Shin are the two new names joining the present CEO, Kwon Oh-hyun, which means that Samsung now has three CEOs in its management team.Despite their new positions, both will maintain their current functions, Yoon in the Consumer Electronics Division (including televisions and electric appliances), with Shin continuing to lead the Mobile Technology and Communications Division.Samsung has said that “the new leadership structure will serve to clarify and enhance independent management” of the three divisions.
