Marina Mendez, promoter of technological projects and head of IPG Mediabrands Audience Platform for Latin America, participated as a volunteer in the IV World Congress of Scholas Occurentes. It is an event that emphasizes that by combining education, technology, arts and sports, it is possible to build bridges towards world peace.Pope Francis closed the event with a hangout, accompanied by children from all over the world and with different types of disabilities, who daily tear down walls and build bridges to play, learn, share and dream. “I was the chairman of the event: There were children who connected from India, Madrid, Nebraska and Sao Paulo”, said Méndez.The executive has a master’s degree on Online Marketing and a mini MBA in ITBA & Rutgers University. As an expert in the advertising market in Latin America, she thinks there is a lot of talent and hidden tools worldwide.”We have incredible cases that reflect the meeting of creativity, social listening and big data. Telling stories that combine insights, that excite people, drive the audience towards action is something beautiful. That is where we are headed because our only limit is our imagination” she assured.IPG Mediabrands recommends the correct balance between the offline and the online world. “As a company we have tools that help us define what we need to communicate to each one and what is the most efficient way to do it”, explained Mendez. “We have knowledge authority regarding social media and programmatic purchasing” she ended.
