Envidia, es parte de la campaña promocional Los siete pecados capitales de Kikor

As many know, envy is that feeling of pain or misfortune to have something another one has. It is similar to jealousy, in the sense that there is dissatisfaction towards the abilities or belongings of others. Maybe, it is directly related with the Ten Commandments: “You shall not covet thy neighbor’s house.”Envidia, is part of Kikor’s promotional campaign Los siete pecados capitales (The seven capital sins), a commercial photographic study made by photographer Kiko Ricote. “This is the fourth of the seven capital sins. I make this series to have fun, mainly, and at the same time, I promote my work. Besides, this obliges me to make creative photos, since I try to escape from clichés,” he commented.Currently, Ricote is thinking the next series of images to represent Sloth. “It is a good exercise that helps me having the best photos for my website since the pictures I normally make for advertising are not fun,” he added. In the past, Kikor launched a similar proposal related to the green commandments, as a call to be aware of the existing environmental problems and the planet’s preservation. To know more about the Los siete pecados capitales, you can visit the web page of Kikor.
