Gustavo Genoni, Executive Director at Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management shared with PRODU the key elements of the Master in Finance for the creative industry and other companies. “The master is designed for top executives that are willing to have a great understanding of the company’s finance processes, how to manage company’s risks, sales, mergers, legal processes, accounting and marketing of these operations. Also how to build corporative governance systems oriented to sustainability.” Genoni -Program Director- said that there are vital processes in a company that management must attend to: risk management, financing restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporative governance. In his opinion, agencies find it difficult to establish their market value. “In the master there is a chapter that shows where the company’s values come from.
