Gustavo Bondoni, VP Marketing at Pulpo Media explained to PRODU that his company is the digital arm of Entravision, and that the network is online and programmatic advertising sales oriented. “We also sell together with Entravision, so if a client requests a campaign in radio, TV and digital, we can structure it for him” Bondini said. Entravision together with Pulpo Media has launched apps of their most important figures: Erazmo and Piolin. “Both apps are gaining users and generating sales for the company. One of the growth engines of the company is programmatic business for digital.” For Bondoni TV industry targeting Hispanics faces the same challenges than the general industry in the U.S., but with the advantage that Latinos are one of the groups with more demographic and economic growth in U.S. “This means that TV among Latinos is keeping its audience and growing in some markets.” Pulpo Media began operating in 2008 aiming to U.S. Hispanic consumers, and afterwards expanded its services to include Latin American audiences in 2010 and Spain in 2012.
