The new 2014 Ford F-150 STX SuperCrew pickup truck has a roomier cabin as well as four doors to admit work crews or the whole family. With a 3.7-liter V6 engine, the new F-150 gets an EPA-estimated 17 miles to the gallon in town and 23 mpg on the highway. And talk about style – its upgraded exterior and an elegant interior are something different from other pickups.“With the rapidly expanding full-size pickup market continuing to benefit from economic growth and replacement demand, price-conscious buyers are returning looking for an affordable truck with space, capability and style” said Doug Scott, Ford truck group marketing manager. “Adding the Ford F-150 STX SuperCrew and the new STX Sport Package to our 2014 lineup gives these truck shoppers more value-oriented F-150 models to consider”.The new model’s modifications are its Power Equipment Group that includes electric door locks, remote control for windows and mirrors, 17-inch machined aluminum wheels, the programmable MyKey feature that allows fleet owners and parents to limit top speed and audio volume for safe driving, AdvanceTrac with roll stability control, and a tilt steering wheel. At the same time Ford has created the STX Sport Package for drivers who want to personalize the vehicle. Among its many features, the package includes 20-inch machined aluminum-painted wheels with P275/55R20 tires, seat and carpet color options, a black billet grille and unique box decals.
