Flavio Machado, Fernando Meirelles and Vik Muniz Speakers At 2017 Cannes Lions Festival

The organizers of the Cannes Lions International Creativity Festival revealed a list of 78 speakers for the 2017 edition. “Each year, marketing luminaries, advertising legends, media experts, industry analysts, insightful thought leaders, pop cultural influencers, storytelling extraordinaires and many more besides, deliver illuminating talks on the Cannes Lions stage” expressed the organization on their official website. The list includes: Johnny Vulkan, Founding Partner of Anomaly; Marc Pritchard, CBO of P&G; Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook; David Lubars, CCO of BBDO Worldwide; Bob Greenberg, Chairman, Founder and CEO of R/GA. Brazilian guests will also have relevance. Flavio Machado, CEO of SRCOM, Fernando Meirelles, Creative Director of the 2016 Rio Olympics opening ceremony, and Vik Muniz, Creative Director of the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games opening ceremony will be present.“Cannes Lions speakers are at the top of their fields, in the heart of the industry and on the world-famous stage to deliver game-changing, mind-opening talks” added the organization.Pop culture leaders, such as the punk band, Pussy Riot and the writer, director, producer and actor, Peter Berg will also have a space in the festival. More speakers will be revealed as June 17, opening date of the event, approaches
