Laura Suárez, fundadora de Laura Emprende, moderará el panel
The 2016 Iberoamerican Advertising Festival (FIAP) has scheduled a group of talks and presentations consistent with their “2036 FIAP” concept. On Friday 6 it was announced the panel “The Orange Economy” an approach to the way creativity, cultural industries and technology are creating innovative business opportunities and important changes in the markets. “Creative industries are one of the great opportunities of economic development in Latin America. And hand-in-hand with technology, they are creating new business opportunities, transforming markets and changing the way in which brands communicate with their consumers” says FIAP in their official website. The main topics are: Opportunities and challenges of the orange economy in Latin America; transforming markets (editorial, marketing and advertising, audiovisual production, music, design); testimonies of countries experiencing successful policies boosting the industry (UK, Germany, Argentina); development of new capabilities for entrepreneurs in the area and technology impact. Laura Suárez, Founder of Laura Emprende and former Director of Entrepreneur Mexico will be chairing the panel. The guest speakers are Ernesto Piedras Feria, General Director of Nomismae Consulting; Gustavo Huerta Vargas, Director of BlueBox Lab & Accelerator; David Bernardo Partner and Founder of LITS Ebusiness, and Camilo Salazar, Co-Founder of Synapbox. FIAP 2016 will be held on May 18, 19 and 20 at the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel in Mexico City.
