Bernard Perrine, CEO y cofundador de SocialCentiv

Bernard Perrine, CEO and cofounder of SocialCentiv, told PRODU that after carrying out extensive research that allowed them to develop software to provide their clients with hundreds of model tweets, they managed to determine the best practices that allow companies to be successful on Twitter.According to the specialist, it is essential for brands to be able to reflect professionalism, be positive and conversational: “They must find their own voice. Offer genuine perspective, even when they are retweeting”.SocialCentiv´s experience also revealed that messages with multimedia content are more welcome. Incorporating links and hashtags is also relevant for drawing user´s attention and participation.Companies that are constantly lauching offers could also fix a tweet in the header of their timeline so that their followers don´t get lost amidst all the information. Perrine also recommends creating exclusive and personalized promotions to generate loyalty and make the digital community feel special.Perrine points out that another key point is economy of tweets: sending too many messages could disturb the community, which is why he suggests aiming for quality and appeal of four or five tweets per day. Requesting retweets and joining trends is also allowed.
