Bacardi launches original series of digital music through Pandora

Rum Bacardi announces the Bacardí loud & untameable initiative, a series of digital content that includes collaborations between popular artists and a group with Cuban inspiration that will be broadcast via {Pandora;Pandora.com/BACARDI} station.A few days ago, it was launched a unique musical piece of the alternative hip-hop artist Wale, and the Latino fusion band Yerba Buena, nominated to the Grammy. Wale, known for integrating a funk go-go style in his music, completes the digital program. The three-part series that includes a collaboration among Yerba Buena, Wale, White Denim and RDGLDGRN, will be broadcast via {Pandora;Pandora.com/BACARDI}, until June, 30th, 2014. 
As a homage to the Cuban roots of the Bacardi’s family, the digital campaign was inspired in La hora Bacardí, a popular program of radio station CMQ, in Cuba during the 40s and the 50s. “Bacardí loud & untameable is an opportunity to honor this incredible talented musicians and their constant search for passion, with the Cuban energy that only rum Bacardi can bring,” Toby Whitmoyer said, VP and brand’s director of Bacardi’s rums category. “With the recent launch of our global marketing campaign, Bacardi untameable since 1862, we had the chance to expand our authentic history for consumers to know more”.
