Azteca America announces the return of Issues: Caras y Voces, a special weekly news segment hosted by veteran Washington correspondent Armando Guzmán. Echarte, chairman of Azteca America. “We’re at a historical moment in the immigration debate and we have to make sure that viewers are informed of what policy makers are putting on the table.”Beginning Friday, March 15 at 5pm, the first segment will highlight the participation of Congressman Luis Gutiérrez (D-IL) and his campaign for immigrant issues to be included in the reforms. Guzmán interviewed numerous US presidents and vice presidents, as well as world figures such as Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsin, Lech Walesa, Nelson Mandela, Yasser Arafat, Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair and countless Latin American presidents.
