WAPA América launches a new season of the competition-based reality show Guerreros

The new season of the hit competition-based reality show Guerreros has arrived! Cobras vs. Leones debuted on Tuesday, August 12, on WAPA Television, Puerto Rico and on Tuesday, August 13, on WAPA América, the network’s U.S. cable arm.

One of the most successful reality show formats in Latin America, Guerreros features extreme games and competition with narratives of love and conflict that leave viewers glued to their screens.

“From athletics to drama, to romance, this program has it all, which is why it’s turned into such a sensation across Latin America. The show has been successful in attracting the coveted younger demos. Designed to be fun for the whole family, we’re confident this new season will be a complete hit,” said Jimmy Arteaga, president of Programming, Production, and Promotion at WAPA Television.

The show has been produced in countries like Peru and Panama, as well as by Canal 1 in Colombia. WAPA America introduced the first version to U.S. viewers when the season one debuted in May of this year.

The program airs Monday – Friday from 5:30pm to 7pm (AST) on WAPA Television, and Monday – Friday 3pm to 4:30pm (ET) on WAPA America.
