Vme begins exclusive coverage of the World Series of Boxing

Vme becomes the exclusive home for the Spanish broadcast of Serie Mundial de Boxeo ring-side action from the World Series of Boxing (WSB), on Saturday nights at 9pm, beginning November 20. Boxing veteran sports reporter, Renato Bermúdez,* provides blow- by- blow coverage of all the WSB action.Also on Thursday nights at 8 and 11pm, Vme Deportes features Sexto round a new series covering the latest in boxing news and highlights from all the franchises of the WSB and featuring a preview and prediction for each weeks boxing matches. Hosted by sports commentators Humberto Carrera and Claudia Trejos with recaps and athlete profiles from Renato Bermúdez, Sexto round will keep fans updated on all the events in the World Series of Boxing.Organized and initiated by the International Boxing Association (AIBA), the WSB is an action-packed, cant-miss competition traversing three global regions: Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Being both a team and individual athletic competition, the WSB allows amateur boxers to compete while maintaining their Olympic eligibility. It will headline the best athletes in the sport to see who will be crowned world champion.
