Rosalind Rotundo VIP 2000 TV Novela Infieles
VIP 2000 TV acquired the rights for Latin America of Infieles, the new Turkish adaptation of the American series of Paramount’s The Affair, broadcast by Showtime in the US for five seasons with great success.
“We are delighted with this new content, the adaptation of the series is very creative and it will work very well in our Hispanic market, both on open TV, cable, and platform,” said Rosalind Rotundo, VP of the company.
VIP 2000 TV will present the series at MIP Cancun as one of its star products. “The first season will be dubbed and ready for delivery to Latin America at the beginning of 2023,” she pointed out.
Rotundó expressed her enthusiasm for the return to face-to-face markets. “There is nothing like seeing people and doing business in person,” she said.
VIP 2000 TV’s catalog for MIP Cancun includes new religious titles “that work very well on region screens,” she added, as well as family content and biopics.
In terms of original productions, they bring to the Hispanic market the latest co-production made with Lifetime, Love at Christmas, holiday movies made in Mexico with significant Latin American stars.
