Vincent Cordero joins Fox Sports en Español (FSE) as executive VP & general manager

Vincent Cordero, a seasoned media executive with outstanding credentials in the U.S. Hispanic communications industry, has been named executive vice president and general manager of Fox Sports en Español (FSE). David Hill, chairman & chief executive officer, Fox Sports Media Group (FSMG) made the announcement earlier this week. Cordero will report to Hernán López, president and chief operating officer of Fox International Channels, who in turn reports to Hill with respect to this role. Cordero, a native of Los Angeles, assumes his new position on July 1, 2010. Raúl De Quesada, who led FSE as acting general manager is staying on as assistant general manager, with the added title of senior vice president, marketing of Hispanic Networks.Prior to joining Fox, Cordero spent his entire career with Univision Communications.
