Venevisión: Were counting on a successful script with Amor Secreto

The telenovela Amor Secreto recently started production and its executive producer Manuel Federico Fraíz-Grijalba spoke with PRODU about this remake of Inés Duarte, Secretaria, scheduled to premiere in Venezuela in 2015 and perhaps earlier in other countries in Latin America. In the U.S. the novela will premiere on Univision in the first quarter.After reviewing many stories, the channel chose one with a proven track record. Originally produced in the nineties, the script has been successfully produced in other countries, said Fraíz-Grijalba.Although Amor Secreto follows the original central storyline, it has been adapted to give more importance to the teen plot.Another important change is the improved image quality because its being shot in HD with the same equipment Venevisión acquired to produce the series Los Secretos De Lucía, also produced by Fraíz-Grijalba. He said they could shoot four scenes simultaneously, with two sets and two mobile units, and a dedicated team of over 150 people.The telenovela, to be developed over 150 episodes, stars Miguel de León and Alejandra Sandoval, in addition to Juan Carlos García and Alexandra Braun, under the direction of Carlos Izquierdo.
