Venevision Productions producing five projects simultaneously

Venevision Studios is currently producing five projects simultaneously at its state of the art Medley facilities in Miami: the new telenovela El Talismán (in association with Univision Studios), which just started shooting; Corazón Apasionado, the production of which reached its half-way point; talk shows Casos de Familia and Quién Tiene la Razón; and variety show Tú Desayuno Alegre. Peter Tinoco, president and CEO of Venevision Productions, said to PRODU during a tour of the facilities: “We have five studios and three remote units, as well as about seven locations we are currently renting. We are producing 100% in HD and most of our studios are tapeless.”Tinoco indicated the new telenovela El Talismán is the second project produced in association with Univision Studios, which has allowed for both production teams to work together more fluidly. “I think it’s very positive. We’ve made a lot of progress. We have already solved many problems in pre-production. Univisión clients are happy and so are we, and we don’t just expect to repeat the success we had with Eva Luna, but to have even better results,” he added.
