Venevision International partners with Women In Film TV & Media for potential programming created by WIF members

Venevision International has formed a partnership with Women In Film TV & Media, Los Angeles. Members of WIF will have the opportunity to propose ideas for both scripted and non-scripted programs to a panel of Venevision creative experts for evaluation as potential programming on the Venevision network or Pay-TV channels.The proposals are to be of shows with a Latin-American spin, focusing on women between 25 and 50 years of age. “We have been making great strides in providing exclusive opportunities for our members to make contacts and receive guidance and mentorship in TV and digital entertainment. Working with Venevision will allow members the potential to launch a television series in a vital market. We are all very excited for this significant and rare partnership” said Danica Krislovich, chair of WIF TV & Media and WIF Board member. “We are excited to collaborate with Women In Film on this project, which allows creativity and innovative ideas to flow without restriction, enabling and empowering women in the industry. This is a great opportunity for all of us” said Adriana Cisneros de Griffin, vice-chairman and VP of Strategy of the Cisneros Group of Companies.
