The Univision Network announced it will close the competitive November Sweep period delivering double-digit percentage increases in primetime among Adults 18-49 (+16%), Adults 18-34 (+13%), Persons 12-34 (+11%) and Total Viewers 2+ (+11%) over its November 2009 performance.Meanwhile, the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and CW), on average, are set to finish the November 2010 Sweep with audience declines in primetime among Adults 18-49 (-10%), Adults 18-34 (-13%), Persons 12-34 (-11%) and Total Viewers 2+ (-6%).Moreover, Univision is the leader on Friday nights (8-11pm), taking the #1 spot in all of television for the first time ever in a November sweep among all Adults 18-49 (2.4 million), and for the fourth consecutive November Sweep among Adults 18-34 (1.3 million). Additionally, according to Nielsen Station Index (NSI), KMEX Univision 34 in Los Angeles was the #1 station in primetime, regardless of language, in the entire country among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, and Persons 12-34.This November Sweep, Univision maintained its leadership over CW and ranked as the 5th most-watched broadcast network in primetime among All Viewers 2+ (3.9 million), Adults 18-49 (2.1 million) and Adults 18-34 (1.1 million).The results of the November Sweep further underscore Univisions commitment to being a media industry leader in the U.S., regardless of language, said Cesar Conde, president of Univision Networks.
