Univision Communications Inc. continues to strengthen its digital capabilities with the appointment of Mehul Nagrani to senior vice president and general manager, Digital. Nagrani, formerly senior vice president, Digital Operations, will continue to be based in New York and report to Kevin Conroy, president, Digital and Enterprise Development. I am pleased to congratulate Mehul on his expanded role. His appointment marks an important step in Univisions efforts to continue to strengthen and improve our Product, Technology and Content offering, foster innovation and deliver long-term, sustained growth, said Conroy. Nagrani will have expanded responsibilities which will include leadership of Univisions Product and Technology teams, as well as Revenue Operations and Analytics. He will be working closely with the Content organization to ensure that Univision achieves the optimal content mix of long-form and short-form content to reach our audience in new and innovative ways. Additionally, Nagrani will also work closely with Univisions Sales and Finance teams.
