AT&T´s DIRECTV Now, launching in the fourth quarter of this year, will offer customers access to more than 100 channels
Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) announced that as part of a multiplatform distribution agreement for its networks and stations UCI will be included on the new AT&T streaming service, DIRECTV Now. As part of this launch, DIRECTV Now will offer the Univision Stations, Univision Network, UniMás, Galavisión, UDN (Univision Deportes Network) as well as the Fusion network.
In addition to UCI networks launching on DIRECTV Now, UCI will continue to distribute its robust portfolio of Spanish- and English-language content across existing AT&T and DIRECTV platforms. The expanded agreement also includes TV Everywhere rights and allows for DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse customers to stream UCI’s live and on-demand content.
