Flama, the bicultural over-the-top (OTT) video network for 15-30 year olds is now available on Hulu. The deal will add five top programs from the digital network owned and operated by Univision Communications Inc. to Hulus growing library of content for the Latino audience. New episodes of Saving Lives will appear weekly on Hulu. In addition, all episodes of Flama originals including Taking on America, Drop the Mic with Becky G, Chachis Dance to Uforia and The Bodega will also be available for Hulu subscribers to stream. We are proud of our pioneering partnership with Hulu. From Univision joining Hulu in 2012 as the anchor network for its first Spanish offering to now working with them to launch English-language Flama originals, this newest venture is a perfect partnership. Flama amplifies the reach of digital native talent into a new premium platform and Hulu consistently improves the future of television, said Steven Benanav, general manager of Flama. Flama is a multi-platform digital network owned and operated by Univision Communications Inc. and Bedrocket Media Ventures. Flama content is made by, for and starring young Hispanics. Flamas innovative content brings a large audience of youthful viewers to expand Hulus efforts within the Latino market. Were proud to continue growing our relationship with the Univision family, said Rodrigo Mazón, director of Content Acquisitions at Hulu.
