Univisión and Hispanicize launch Latino Social Media for Social Good program

Hispanicize, a complete resource for Latino social media marketers and bloggers, and Univision Communications Inc., have joined forces to provide free in-depth communications training to non-profits serving Latino communities through an unprecedented program: Latino Social Media for Social Good.Announced at Hispanicize 2011, the second annual public relations and social media conference, the Latino Social Media for Social Good initiative consists of free Hispanic social media and communications trainings for non-profits to be held at Univisión offices in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington D.C., starting in June 2011.”At Univisión we have seen the power of social media and how Hispanic America has embraced these platforms across {Univision.com}’s Foros and Mi Página as well as on Facebook and Twitter.
