Universal Cinergía announces new CPO

Gema López, president, and COO of Universal Cinergia Dubbing announced the company`s first Chief Production Officer. Effective immediately, Kaitlyn O’Neill, former general manager, takes over the role of Chief Production Officer with the mandate of overseeing global production.

“The steady growth of our company has led us to create this position, and we are proud to have Kaitlyn oversee our global production. Her experience in planning and monitoring of efficient workflow procedures will guarantee maximized efficiency”, adds López

With great knowledge in performance and organization, O’Neill oversees the strategic direction at Universal Cinergía Dubbing. Joining the company in 2012, O’Neill learned each production process, helming and leading multiple departments. In 2015 O`Neill was named the company’s first General Manager, balancing as Department head in 2 additional areas. A part of 3 expansions to the company’s facilities over 2016, 2017 & 2018, she led the TPN certification processes for both Miami facilities and is a part of Cinergia’s Global effort on Content Security.
