The grand finale of Univisions La que no podia amar reached a total of eight million viewers who watched all or part of the broadcast. The show, which aired Friday August 10 from 9 to 11pm, positioned Univision as the No. 2 broadcast network, outdelivering ABC, CBS and Fox during the two-hour broadcast, as well as the entire night in general. The finale reached an average audience of 5.8 million total viewers, nearly three million adults 18 to 49 and 1.6 million adults 18 to 34. It was the second most-watched program on all of broadcast television in all demographics, behind the 2012 Summer Olympics on NBC. During the entire 2012 Olympic Games, La que no podia amar ranked second behind the Summer Olympics.
