Televisa Networks continues its strategy of producing original series. El Manual, La Serie, which premiered last November 24th at 4pm on Telehit, is one of the last projects of this year for the channel. It sets the stage for new multiplatform projects in 2015. In an interview with PRODU, Santiago Kuribreña, director of Advertising and Promotion of Televisa Networks, said El Manual, La Serie is product of the alliance of two of Televisas most important talent platforms: The Center for Art Education Eugenio Cobo (CEA) and Telehit. They generate new concepts and new formats, and this combination results in projects like El Manual, La Serie, said Kuribreña.He said the project would be present in the 50 countries where Telehit airs, becoming the first window and hopes to find future windows whether its broadcast TV, digital, or international distribution, like any other product that wants to be out there making headway.Kuribreña emphasized this type of content offers opportunities for advertisers to have a presence in multiple platforms, where Televisa supports them focusing on consolidating and developing content. The area of Advertising Sales has been growing and getting stronger, where clients see opportunities such as Log Out to interact in a series with synchronized windows, he added.
