Ricardo Ehrsam, director of Entertainment Formats at Televisa Internacional and Mark Burnett creator of sucessful formats and TV series announced in the Televisa stand during MIPTV an alliance to produce and commercialize worldwide the format Generation Gap.”Grandparents, parents, and children can enjoy this format”, explained Burnett, a British man who lives in Los Angeles and has numerous successful formats, films and TV series. He has been the creator of Survivor, The Apprentice among others.Ehrsam explained that they were looking for a format for Mexico that could gather the whole family and they found Generation Gap, about questions and prizes. That way they began negotiations which ended in a 50-50 alliance in their international development and commercialization. In Mexico it will be aired in September this year on Canal de las Estrellas.Ehrsam added that they presented it in the United Kingdom and potential buyers were delighted. In a video interview with PRODU, he also spoke about his successful Stand Up for Your Country, already in its second season in Tele5 of Spain and in the first in several territories.
