Telemundo starts the auditions of La Voz, the Spanish-language version of NBC’S hit singing competition The Voice, coming for the first time to U.S. Hispanic television, featuring the recently announced global superstar Luis Fonsi as a Coach.
The most promising vocalists 18 years of age and over from across the nation will be able to attend local auditions in Los Angeles, California; San Juan, Puerto Rico; New York, New York; Chicago, Illinois; San Antonio, Texas; and Miami, Florida.
La Voz is a production of Telemundo, Talpa Media USA, Inc., and Warner Horizon Unscripted & Alternative Television. The series is created by John de Mol, who serves as an executive producer along with Cisco Suárez (for Telemundo), Stijn Bakkers and Tim van Rongen.
