The International Business unit at Telefe closed two important deals: El Regreso de Lucas (60×60′) with UniMás -Univision Communications, Inc.- and Educando a Nina (80×60´) with Caracol Colombia. With this deal, El Regreso de Lucas -the first coproduction of Telefe with America TV of Peru- enters the US Hispanic market, where UniMás will be programming the series during 2017. Daniel Otaola, Content Distribution manager at Telefe highlighted: Were very pleased with the distribution of El Regreso de Lucas. Entering the US Hispanic market with Univision is a great milestone. The series story, cast, production quality, etc. was designed for the international market, and was also sold in Chile, Ecuador and Panama. It will be aired in Peru and Argentina this year. Educando a Nina is a coproduction of Telefe with high rating in Argentina. Selling the original production to such an important market as Colombia, and to recognize broadcaster as Caracol proves the products relevance Otaola said.
