Tele N pays posthumous tribute to Jorge Mistral

To celebrate Hispanic talent and culture, Tele N will feature a posthumous tribute to Jorge Mistral (1920 – 1972), one of Spain’s most iconic movie stars.

The homage to the masterful work of Jorge Mistral, will take place on Sunday, November 27, 2016 starting at 10pm EST. The tribute comprises of two of his most iconic films that have been remastered by Olympusat, La Noche es Nuestra (1952), and Más Fuerte que el Amor (1955).

“Jorge Mistral was one of the great talents of his time; he enjoyed great success working with some of the most renowned directors in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Spain. Undoubtedly, he was an outstanding actor and his films are a testament to the glory of the golden age of Hispanic cinema; which is why we have restored some of his most famous movies,” stated Jesús Piñango, director of TV Content Strategy at Olympusat.
