Dia De La Tierra Semillitas
Semillitas celebrates Earth Day on April 22. The channel makes the most of this quarantine to teach children how important it is to take care of the planet Earth and the environment. Every year, the world continues to become aware of celebrating and caring for our planet, and Semillitas joins this cause to promote activities such as recycling, planting trees and saving energy.
This year, the channel’s theme is Climate Action. This refers to the steps necessary to help improve the main factors that make our world livable. The channel features promotions and educational clips about the importance of water, air, and recycling. In addition, Semillitas will present for the first time its original song about Earth Day. The most popular characters on the channel will do activities that serve as an example to the young viewers. The goal is to create awareness of being responsible with the environment and carrying a message to fight climate change.
Semillitas supports Latino parents teaching the Spanish language to their children with recognized programming and prestigious entertainment. Educating the future generation with environmental sensitivity is a responsibility that we all have with our planet.
