Ronald Day promoted to Senior VP of Programming and Promotions at Univisión

Ronald Day was promoted to Senior VP of Programming and Promotions at Univisión, at the recommendation of Luis Fernández, President of Entertainment of Univisión and President of Univisión Studios.Day, who in March had moved from TeleFutura to Univisión as VP of Programming and Promotions, has significantly contributed the success Univisión has experienced in recent moths. Under his leadership, telenovelas have obtained noteworthy ratings, a new on-air promotions look was launched, more shows have been produced and more specials and sections have been launched.Day’s career started back in 1990 when he worked as a producer for WXTV 41, the Univisión station in New York. He was later promoted through several positions within Univisión. In 2002, Day joined TeleFutura, where he reached the post of VP of Programming and Promotions.
