RCN International: Colombian soccer in exclusive on Nuestra Tele for the US in 2018

The signal Nuestra Tele will be the exclusive broadcaster in the US of professional Colombian soccer as of 2018. The announcement was made by Julián Giraldo, EVP at RCN International, who added that the channel launches two to four telenovelas per year. “We are making efforts to launch the titles that have been seen most recently in Colombia,” he added.

Regarding the channel NTN24, with which they generate more than 10 hours of original daily news content, he recalled that they have recently expanded their scope in DIRECTV. “We are available to all their subscribers, which means a favorable response to the content we are offering,” commented Giraldo.

As for RCN Novelas, a channel that has been in the US for two years and is currently on several OTT platforms with very good results, Giraldo said they just entered the grid of the Altice cable operator. “We are also about to close a deal with another big operator in the US,” he ended.
