The new series El Diez tells the story of a Mexican soccer player who seeks to enter the international stage. It is a production of Animus Entertainment and Época Films.El Diez takes viewers through the journey of Chava Espinoza (Alfonso Herrera), a young soccer player from Ocotlan, Jalisco, whose performance in the Under-20 World Cup makes him an overnight star. El Diez is shot in HD on location in Mexico City, with a filmic style and storylines that mirror today’s headlines.
