The network participated in festivals in New Jersey, Los Angeles and San Francisco
Perú Mágico, the Media Networks signal geared toward Peruvians outside of the country, had an active participation during the Peruvian community celebrations in the U.S. for the national festival of the Andean country which is celebrated every 28th of July. The network took part in the most important festivals that took place in New Jersey, Los Angeles and San Francisco, which brought out more than 100,000 Peruvians in colored street bands and celebrations. The parade in New Jersey, which ran through Patterson, Clifton and Passaic County, was especially colorful. For us its very important to be with the Peruvian community, which considers Perú Mágico the best window in order to always be close to their country through quality content said Carla Toguchi, chief of Distribution of Content for Media Networks. Perú Mágico offers a combination of information, culture, entertainment and sports. From Monday through Friday, the network airs informative content complemented by slots with food shows, travel shows, discussion and lifestyle shows. The weekends present coverage of the Peruvian soccer league, now that the network has rights to all the matches.
