Pantaya: We will go from 7 original series in 2021 to 19 in 2022

Paul Presburger, CEO of Pantaya and Pantelion Films, revealed they are producing seven original series this year and in 2022 will have 19, some of which will be co-produced in Spain. 

Presburger was excited to return to the Croisette in Cannes for Mipcom, an event he first attended 30 years ago when he was a student in France. “And so began my international career, which led me to Latin America and US Hispanic, to Pantelion Films and Pantaya,” he said.

He commented that they are looking for the rights to interesting IPs to develop series and they just finished the shooting of the remake of a BBC comedy in Spanish in Mexico.
