Olympusat, Inc., announces the second annual Festival de Gran Cine, on its contemporary Spanish language movie network, Gran Cine, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.Festival de Gran Cine will feature films from a different country every night starting at 9pm EST. The programming block kicked off on Monday, September 21st, showcasing flicks from Colombia followed by Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Chile throughout the week, and closing out on Sunday night, September 27th with films from Venezuela. Festival de Gran Cine allows fans to explore new parts of the world by giving them the opportunity to watch programming that is not easily obtainable in the U.S., and invites them to represent and show support of their country, states Arturo Chávez, SVP of Hispanic Networks. We are exciting to bring this on-air festival back for a second year, and hope that our fans enjoy it again!.On Monday, September 21st, Festival de Gran Cine presents the Colombian movie García, featuring Margarita Rosa de Francisco. Three films will air on Tuesday night, September 22nd for Cubas programming.Rounding out the selection on Wednesday night, September 23rd, Festival de Gran Cine features two hit movies: Sultanes de Sur and Regresa.Other movies featured during Festival de Gran Cine include: El Paseo from Colombia; Camionero, Ojos de Perro Azul and Only You from Cuba, Mar de Plata and Polvoreda from Argentina; A Golpes and Segundo Asalto from Spain; Dios me Libre and Victoria from Chile; Memorias de un Soldado and Por un Polvo from Venezuela.
