The main mission of the programming company Mimyuni Media Entertainment is to provide useful TV content that inspires TV viewers to change. 

“We offer our clients products they can benefit from and save since our task is to offer very enriching content at a better price. The difference between our channels and massive ones is that we bet on usefulness and massive channels bet on the show,” expressed María Dey, COO of Mimyuni Media Entertainment for Latin America and Spain.

When consulted on the advantages of the sports channel offer they recently launched in Latin America, she commented: “Our sports channels are a good and useful addition to the main sports providers. We offer TV viewers the opportunity to get to know in-depth elite sportspeople, the match or sport, and to contribute added value to the main sports channels”.

She mentioned that they are in negotiations with several operators. “The last agreement we closed with some of our sports and engine channels -WOW 4K and Speed Factor 4K- was with Total Play in Mexico,” she added.

She clarified that the sports signals package is available both for linear TV and other platforms, “as long as they can pay for these channels, because we need a fixed price for the channels since they have premium sports content”.

Dey ended by saying: “We are at a crucial moment for the media business. A total change is coming in the way we watch TV. In our opinion, each channel will soon offer all its content in VOD, and TV channels will simply be unnecessary in their current form. We are getting ready for this.”
