Telemundo delivered its best November performance in history with more than 1.2 million total viewers and 660,000 adults 18 to 49 during Monday through Sunday primetime, according to Nielsen. Driven by the networks election coverage, which was led by anchor Jose Diaz-Balart, Noticiero Telemundo recorded a 22% increase among total viewers and 30% among adults 18 to 49, making it the fastest growing Spanish-language broadcast evening news program year-over-year. Telemundo was also the only Spanish-language broadcast television network in the United States to provide exclusive exit poll results.The coverage of the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy also boosted viewership during the week of October 29, averaging nearly 1 million total viewers and 500,000 adults 18 to 49.
