The September 15th event commemorating El Grito de la Independencia took place at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida and and was presented by the Cultural Institute of Mexico, featuring Mexico Consul General Juan Miguel Gutiérrez Tinoco and hosted by Mexican TV personality Mario Bezares, star of Multimedios TVs Acábatelo.Acábatelo (Mon-Fri, 2-4pm) is one of Multimedios highest rated comedy shows and Bezares is one of the best known celebrities and comedians on Mexican television. Multimedios TV has carriage deals with and is widely distributed on Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter, AT&T U-verse, Cox, Verizon Fios TV and other cable operators.
