With a fitting February debut, the Mexicanal network has a Valentines Day gift for its viewers the first dramatic love story straight from Chiapas and wrapped up in the form of a 35-episode series. Mucho Corazón (A Lot of Heart), produced by Televisión Chiapaneca, with support from Gobierno del Estado de Chiapas and DIF Estatal de Chiapas, fulfills Mexicanals promise to provide a rich array of regional programming from throughout Mexico.Set in the rural Chiapas countryside, Mucho Corazón tells the story of Maruch, a young woman who is reunited with a lost love while struggling to better her life amidst harassment, corruption and discrimination. Together, they face not only a barrage of challenges from their community, but also the ultimate question: can love truly conquer all?Mucho Corazón begins airing Sunday, February 12, at 7pm Pacific/9pm Central.
