Joe Uva, Chairman of Hispanic Enterprises and Content of NBCUniversal
PRODU spoke with Joe Uva, Chairman of Hispanic Enterprises and Content of NBCUniversal, during the 11th Annual Hispanic TV Summit in New York, where he said that one of the goals of Telemundo and mun2 was to work closer with its NBCUniversal partners. One of the first projects is a Hispanic segment in the style of Access Hollywood, but within the show Al Rojo Vivo on Telemundo.Another project incorporates E!, an important brand for the group, to a new entertainment news talk show that premieres this week on Telemundo, entitled Suelta la Sopa. Were always looking at new opportunities for content. Were going to expand our competition reality shows on Telemundo and were looking for ways to expand our sports programming beyond the Barclays Premier League on mun2. In the coming months we will experiment more and our goal is to have the best and most relevant content on Telemundo and mun2, said Uva.He added that both Telemundo and mun2 are currently exceptionally well positioned. They have been really successful this last year and are gaining strength. I believe both channels have found their rhythm.
