¡HOLA! TV celebrates its first anniversary reaching 7 million households in the region

The pay-TV channel offering all the best content from ¡HOLA! Magazine, reinvented for television with exclusive news and fascinating content, has stood out for its rapid market growth. ¡HOLA! TV has shown consistent progression, managing to penetrate a highly developed market in a surprising way. Having been on the air for just one year, ¡HOLA! TV has managed to expand and have a presence in all the Latin American markets as well as in the USA. The network celebrates with great achievements in distribution, currently reaching 7 million households in the region. “¡HOLA! TV is proof that the market will always recognize a quality product” said Ignacio Sanz de Acedo, ¡HOLA! TV´s CEO & general manager. Backed by a powerful content offer, with human-interest stories and quality entertainment, ¡HOLA! TV has entered into the households of seven million subscribers, by securing important agreements with the large pay-tv operators in the region. The network, born from the association between the media group ATRESMEDIA and ¡HOLA! Magazine, has managed to sneak into the top 10 variety channels, according to the latest study from the Business Bureau. Sanz de Acedo said he is very satisfied with the results for their first year on the air. “In a market as mature and competitive as the one we are in, the fact that an independent channel such as ¡HOLA! TV has achieved these outstanding results in distribution and audience makes us feel very proud and gives us a boost of optimism and strength as we embark into another year”.
