Along with this, they have purchased Globo’s Fina Estampa.”We are not only growing in the content offer with Pasiones HD, but also in our coverage. We closed the year 2014 very well, managing to be in Telefónica in Peru, Colombia and Venezuela. With Tigo we have presence in Paraguay, and will very soon be in Bolivia”, said Merodio.Another channel distributed by Hemisphere Media Group is Cinelatino, which recently entered Panama’s Cable Onda. Currently, this channel is purchasing new films from Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Honduras, standing out as the only channel that offers titles in Spanish from Latin America and Ibero America.Regarding the topic of OTT, Merodio announced that they are working internally to offer a competitive product that helps to grow the subscribers and users base in the medium term.
